A Half-Day Online Retreat

Uplifting the Heart and Turning Toward the Difficult

May 14, 2022, 9:00 am – 12:30 pm (Eastern)

Registration will close at noon the day before. The Zoom link will be sent that afternoon to all who are registered.

Turning toward difficulty may not be an easy inclination but we can develop the capacity in our hearts. It takes courage to turn toward the difficult in the world and within ourselves. While we may initially feel courageous as we open to it, there is a tendency to feel burdened or weighed down by it. Uplifting the heart as we turn toward difficulty allows us to open to it without feeling weighed down.
