Join us on the last day of 2022 for a quiet morning of reflection, meditating, and writing. The directions are simple:

Cheryl Wilfong, VIMC co-founder and member of the teacher’s council, has been teaching meditation since 2005.

Cheryl is also a devoted gardener and the author of The Meditative Gardener: Cultivating Mindfulness of Body, Feelings, and Mind, winner of 9 book awards. They are also the author of Following the Nez Perce Trail: a Guide to the Nee-Me-Poo National Historic Trail with Eye-Witness Accounts. Their most recent book, Mindfulness Meets Breast Cancer was the 2019 Independent Publishers of New England Book of the Year.

Registration and Dana

The registration fee supports Vermont Insight and in addition, it is customary to offer a donation to the teacher in appreciation of their teachings. In the Insight Meditation Tradition, teachers freely share their teachings, creating a spirit of generosity between students and teachers. At Vermont Insight we provide the teachings to all regardless of ability to make a donation. Fee Waivers: The teachings of the Buddha have been offered freely for 2600 years.

AND We continue to offer the teachings freely to all who would benefit. Your practice is a gift to us all. When you register please select a fee waiver if that is appropriate

The Zoom link will be sent December 30:   Once registrations close at noon, an email will be sent to ALL who are registered with the Zoom link by 5 pm that day.

Please add information@vermontinsight.org to your contacts or check your Junk/Spam/Promotions Mail folders if you have not received the retreat detail letter by 5 pm on the day before the retreat.

Please register below and be sure to select the number of people for whom you are registering.
